Child Safety Standards
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Tribff – The Travel Community is committed to maintaining a safer online community. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and take child safety concerns seriously. We aim to prevent our platform from being used to exploit, groom, or harm children.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
Users must not use Tribff to create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute content or engage in activities involving:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors.
- Sexualized content involving children.
- Any other conduct involving child abuse or exploitation.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report child safety concerns through the reporting features available in the Tribff app. Reports can include suspected child exploitation, abusive content, or behavior that threatens a child's safety.
We review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our enforcement procedures and applicable laws. Depending on the circumstances, action may include removing prohibited content, restricting account access, or terminating an account.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
4. Enforcement and Account Actions
Tribff prohibits the use of its platform for child sexual abuse or exploitation. Where violations are identified and substantiated, we may take appropriate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination, consistent with our policies and applicable law.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Tribff will cooperate with relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities as required by applicable law. Suspected illegal content or activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities when legally required.
